Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Technician with strong civil engineering technical expertise. The role involves supervising construction activities on one or more sites, coordinating site managers, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timelines. You will work closely with engineering teams during all project phases from study through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical and quantitative controls during construction execution.
- Define control points and inspection activities at various construction stages.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports of work performed.
- Participate actively in site meetings and maintain detailed site logs.
- Perform site surveys, measurements, and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
- Read, interpret, and draft technical drawings, CAD plans, and civil architectural documents.
- Estimate material quantities and project costs as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and the use of protective equipment on site.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, drafting, and CAD software related to construction.
- Experience in civil architectural plan interpretation and field surveying techniques.
- Proven ability in preparing reliable estimates and construction budgets.
- Skilled in conducting site inspections and quality control.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and equipment operations.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination on site.

Working Conditions:
